Exterior wall inspection

From July 27 (Wednesday) to 29 (Friday), four second-year students from Tokyo Metropolitan Minami-Tama Secondary Education School visited our company for a workplace experience. They were part of a younger generation that was unfamiliar with terms like "pollution," "asbestos," and "sick house," but regarding the curriculum, they engaged in practical training related to our core business, including sample analysis of asbestos and sick house syndrome, methods for measuring sound and vibration, and infrared camera usage during exterior wall inspections. Among the activities, there was a particularly high interest in the mold experiments, and it seemed that everyone was captivated by the task of observing samples under the microscope. Overall, the experience was akin to a science class, and my honest impression is that I was relieved to see that a younger generation, often said to be losing interest in science, showed such enthusiasm.
