Tabletop mixing and extrusion testing device, Laboplast Mill, extruder for micro use. Despite its small size with a diameter of 15mm, it is a geared co-rotating twin-screw extruder, allowing for powerful mixing.
- Although it is a compact twin-screw extruder with a diameter of 15mm, it enables powerful mixing. - By rearranging the screw segments, mixing with varying intensities can be achieved in any zone, and degassing is also possible. - Based on the information obtained from the mixer, a small amount of compound can be sampled. (Internal cylinder volume: approximately 31cm³, discharge amount: approximately 1.8kg/h) - It can detect data on pressure, resin temperature, and torque, providing information on mixing processing conditions. (Pressure sensor is optional) - Quantitative supply can be achieved with a small volumetric feeder.
