This is a testing machine for identifying the blow point of rubber materials. By understanding the minimum required vulcanization time for rubber, it contributes to improving product quality and productivity.
The blow point refers to the minimum degree of vulcanization required to eliminate the presence of bubbles generated by insufficient vulcanization inside the vulcanized material at the end of the vulcanization process when vulcanizing a composite containing rubber under pressure. Measuring the blow point is extremely important for producing products with a short vulcanization time and no bubbles at all. This blow point varies depending on the composition of the rubber compound, the mixing method, temperature conditions, and so on, so it is necessary to measure it very frequently for quality control of vulcanized rubber products and for research and development of rubber compositions.
