The simplified electric lift unit proposed by Shizuoka Metal Industry Co., Ltd. <Power Leg Synchro System Unit> is the ideal product for electrically lifting tabletops such as workbenches, examination tables, general desks, and bookkeeping tables. It includes steel legs, reinforcement brackets for the tabletop, and sway prevention bars for the left and right guides, so customers only need to prepare the table and install it to easily use an electric lift table to some extent. The electric actuator used in this synchro unit detects the rotation speed with a hall sensor and performs PWM control. Therefore, it lifts without tilting left or right even with an eccentric load on one side. Additionally, it is equipped with a protection function to prevent tilting during lifting in case it becomes difficult to detect the rotation speed of the left and right actuators due to electrical faults. Both hand-type and foot-type switches are available for selection.
