"Water jet cutting" can cut various materials and thicknesses, including basic jobs with stainless steel and aluminum, as well as copper, titanium, and acrylic, without limitation on material type or plate thickness. It can cleanly cut materials that are impossible to cut with lasers, such as stainless steel with a thickness of 30.0mm or more and aluminum with a thickness of 4.0mm or more. We strongly recommend water jet cutting for aluminum requests of 5.0mm or more, which are particularly susceptible to heat distortion. Please take a look at the cutting surfaces, intersections, and sharp angles of our samples. We can also produce samples using materials provided by our customers.
