Excellent mirror finish and wear resistance! An elastomer roll with a metal coating on the surface.
The "IT68S-Sleeve" is a roll that has a metal sleeve coated on an elastic roll using unique processing technology. Thanks to its hybrid structure, it can be used as an elastic roll while retaining the properties of the surface metal. It has "surface gloss" and "surface roughness" equivalent to that of conventional metal-plated rolls. Additionally, by applying a special polishing finish to the surface, it can achieve a mirror-like finish. 【Features】 ■ A roll with a metal sleeve coated on a silicone rubber roll ■ Excellent mirror finish ■ Superior wear resistance ■ Effective when high mirror finish is required on the surface ■ Matte type is also available *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
