The clock on the JR station platform is clear even without any lights shining on it!
The clock face at the JR station uses a transparent colored plastic sheet mixed with the special light-collecting dye we handle. When white letters are printed on this plastic sheet, the letters shine clearly and vividly. Traditionally, they were illuminated by batteries, but such hassle is completely unnecessary now. Even just at JR Tokyo Station, it greatly contributes to energy saving and efficiency.

Company information
"Think from the perspective of humans. Think within the environment." Issues such as global warming and environmental problems, efficient resource management, and so on—these are all difficult problems that must be addressed immediately. Each of these issues is intricately intertwined. We have one unwavering standard: to think with humans at the center. Furthermore, to think in a simpler and more straightforward manner. We first consider the scenes in which the products we handle as a trading company are used by people. The judgment of whether they are safe, reassuring, and gentle on the Earth and nature... As the world becomes increasingly complex, our attitude of always returning to the basics will not change in the future.
