Fingerprint and various types of dirt adhesion are reduced, making it easy to wipe off any dirt that has adhered. High adhesion water and oil repellent treatment agent, low-cost type. *Samples available.
A relatively inexpensive coupling agent type (a type that reacts with materials) that provides anti-fouling and fingerprint adhesion reduction coating. It forms a highly adhesive and durable water-repellent and oil-repellent surface on glass and metal. It is a PFOA-compliant product developed as an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional C8 silane coupling agents. 【Features】 ■ Reduces the adhesion of fingerprints and various types of dirt, making it easy to wipe off any adhered dirt. ■ Due to its high adhesion film, functionality continues even after wiping with tissues and other materials. ■ The coefficient of dynamic friction on the surface (μ=0.12 or less) is low, resulting in a dry lubricated surface. It chemically bonds at room temperature with various materials such as glass, plastic, and metal, forming a transparent anti-fouling film with high adhesion and high hardness (pencil hardness 6H to 9H). ■ When applying to materials other than glass and metal, such as plastic, a dedicated primer coat included as a pretreatment will form a similarly high adhesion and high hardness anti-fouling film. ■ IPA is used as the solvent, making it relatively low-priced. *If you would like a free sample, please include "Sample Request" in your inquiry.

Company information
Our company, Fluoro Technology Co., Ltd., is a specialized manufacturer focused on the following: * Fluorine-based water and oil repellent coatings * Non-flammable conformal coatings (moisture-proof coatings for substrates) * Dry release agents, aerosol-type fluorine release agents * Anti-fouling (fingerprint prevention) coatings We are agile and can respond precisely to your needs. Fluorine-based compounds are available as high-performance materials, but we specialize in room-temperature coatings that possess functions such as water and oil repellency, anti-fouling, moisture resistance, and release properties. We synthesize fluorine resin components in-house to manufacture fluorine-based coatings and water and oil repellent treatments, allowing us to customize resin properties and modify solvent specifications with great attention to detail. Additionally, we have accumulated a wealth of technical information regarding usage methods and applications, which we can provide for various purposes. Please note that our products do not contain regulated substances (PFOS, PFOA, PFHxS, and long-chain PFCA with C8 or higher).
