The "Anti-Soil and Fingerprint Prevention Coating Agent FluoroSurf FG-5000 Series" is a coating agent that forms a non-stick surface with anti-soil properties. It can be easily applied, dries at room temperature for surface treatment, and makes it difficult for fingerprints and grease to adhere, while also allowing for easy wiping. 【Features】 ■ Reduces the adhesion of fingerprints and dirt, making it easy to wipe off any dirt that does adhere. ■ With a highly adhesive film, the functionality is maintained continuously. ■ The surface has a low dynamic friction coefficient, resulting in a dry lubricated surface. ■ Chemically bonds with various materials such as glass and metal at room temperature, forming a transparent anti-soil film. ■ Being a thin film, it does not compromise the appearance of the material. ◎ Samples are available for those who request them (limited to corporations). ■The surface coated with this product reduces the adhesion of fingerprints and dirt, and makes it easy to wipe off any dirt that has adhered. Since it has a high adhesion film, its functionality continues even after wiping with tissues or similar materials. ■The coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface (μ = 0.09 or lower) is low, resulting in a dry lubricated surface. ■It chemically bonds with various materials such as glass and metal at room temperature, forming a transparent anti-fouling film with high adhesion and high hardness (pencil hardness 6H to 9H). ■When applying to materials other than glass and metal, such as plastic, a dedicated primer coat included with the product should be applied as a pretreatment to form a similarly high adhesion and high hardness anti-fouling film. ■The film thickness is about 10-30 nm, so the appearance of the material is not compromised. Additionally, since the coating film does not peel off, there is no deterioration in appearance.
