This device is a fan airflow measurement system based on AMCA and JIS standards, using a multi-nozzle method. It can be used for performance testing of various small fans. By combining it with the F-411 flow calculation system, automatic measurement of the fan's P-Q characteristics can be performed. In automatic measurement, parameters such as fan speed, voltage, and current can be measured simultaneously. There are two methods for switching the multi-nozzle: one is automatic switching via software, and the other is manual switching.

The multi-nozzle fan airflow measurement device conducts tests at any airflow and static pressure through inverter control of the auxiliary blower and damper opening control. Recently, we have accelerated the adjustment of the damper opening using a pulse motor, significantly reducing measurement time. The opening and closing speed of the damper has increased tenfold, achieving a measurement time for P-Q that is about one-third of the conventional time.
