The measuring tanks from Yamako Co. are designed in accordance with JIS standards, utilizing the strength and lightweight characteristics of FRP, making them a simple type of measuring tank with many advantages such as workability on-site and corrosion resistance after installation. 【Features】 - There are YMT type wastewater measuring tanks and YST type sludge measuring tanks. - The overflow device (return water device) adopts a rectangular weir method, and water volume adjustment is performed by the vertical movement of a sliding plate. - Additionally, it is secured with Yamako's unique screw lock. - By combining the overflow device and the wastewater transition device (constant outflow device), a constant outflow water volume can be ensured. - Yamako's FRP measuring tanks use DV joints as standard, and installation is done through Yamako's special processing, ensuring no leakage from around the inflow and outflow sockets. - In addition to DV joints, TS joints, HI joints, and HT joints can also be installed. - For flange specifications, a special PVC flange is included. - The connection ports of large measuring tanks are fitted with FRP flanges. - Yamako can also manufacture using other materials such as SUS and PVC.
