This is an introduction to a part of the process of manufacturing fried tofu. The fryers for frying tofu are arranged on both sides. The product is automatically discharged from the fryers on both sides, but it cannot be packaged while still at high temperatures, so there is a conveyor for cooling. To cool it, we use a ventilation fan to cool it to room temperature, as cooling it too quickly would diminish its flavor. The net is made of stainless steel. The production capacity for fried tofu is possible to exceed 5,000 to 10,000 pieces.
