Wire cutting processing is a specialty of our company. We use φ0.25 brass wire to process mold parts and machine components. Our wire cutting CAM is developed in-house specifically for our use, resulting in significantly faster data creation times compared to commercially available CAM, and it automatically recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of processing conditions. We can also perform mold-specific processing such as R relief processing and straight & tapered processing to prevent burrs.
