I suggest!! The idea of having the application form as an Excel sheet.
"Workflow EX" is a groundbreaking workflow system that allows you to submit, approve, and decide on approval documents created in Excel directly within the workflow. Even though the exchange of approval documents on "paper" is inefficient, changing the familiar processes takes time for training. With "Workflow EX," you can use the existing Excel files that serve as the basis for your approval documents to submit requests and easily digitize the previous "paper" workflow!

Company information
Knowlbo Co., Ltd. was established in 1986, during the heyday of mainframe computers, as a software development company for small computers. This was 11 years after Microsoft was founded, in a time when small computers, as we know them today, did not exist at all. Apple Computer announced the Macintosh two years before Knowlbo was established, in 1984, which might help you imagine the context.
