We are building and creating monitoring systems (BAS) for office buildings, factories, and hospitals, including air conditioning, electricity, security, and disaster prevention, by adopting open technologies such as BACnet and LONWORKS, which allows us to create systems independent of manufacturers. In recent years, in response to global warming and initiatives like the Kyoto Protocol aimed at reducing energy consumption, we are working with our customers to develop energy management systems (BEMS) that focus on simulation, data collection, analysis, and graphical representation, not only to reduce energy consumption (energy saving) but also to pursue comfort.
