According to the Energy Conservation Act, when constructing or making certain renovations to specific buildings of 300 m² or more, a notification regarding energy conservation measures must be submitted to the relevant administrative authority. The owners of the buildings that have submitted this notification are required to either report the status of energy conservation measures to the relevant administrative authority every three years (regular reporting) or undergo a building inspection by a registered building inspection organization.
