Under the Energy Conservation Act, when constructing or making certain renovations to specific buildings of 300 square meters or more, a notification regarding energy conservation measures must be submitted to the relevant administrative authority at least 21 days before the start of construction (there are penalties for failing to submit the notification). Our company will handle the preparation of this notification, which is cumbersome and requires expertise (currently, we do not support residential applications).
