Energy-saving simulation

The 2nd Eco House & Eco Building EXPO will be held for three days from February 29 (Wednesday) to March 2 (Friday) at Tokyo Big Sight, East Hall. At Environmental Research, we will mainly introduce the following three points: (1) Energy-saving renovation consulting (2) Energy-saving technology (3) Heat-shielding shades In particular, we will present real examples and demonstrate energy consumption simulation technology regarding energy-saving diagnostics, measures, and result evaluation techniques. The 2nd International Smart Grid EXPO, the 3rd International Secondary Battery Exhibition (BATTERY JAPAN), the 5th International Solar Cell Exhibition (PV EXPO 2012), the 3rd Solar Power System Installation Exhibition (PV SYSTEM 2012), the 8th International Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Exhibition (FC EXPO 2012), and the 3rd Mass Production and Prototype Processing Technology Exhibition will also be held simultaneously. The first exhibition attracted about 90,000 visitors, and this year, 120,000 visitors are expected, making it a highly anticipated event. We look forward to welcoming many visitors to our booth (East Hall 2, E7-10).

Our company, as a business engaged in energy-saving consulting, has set high goals primarily for reducing our own electricity consumption and has implemented the following energy-saving measures: 1. Analyzing the "in-house energy visualization devices" installed in each room to understand actual energy usage and consider key countermeasures. 2. Predicting the effects of energy-saving measures through "energy simulation." 3. Implementing conventional energy-saving measures while focusing on energy-saving strategies for major electricity-consuming analytical machines. 4. Holding "energy-saving workshops," posting daily electricity usage status internally, and conducting a power-saving contest in each household to raise energy-saving awareness company-wide. As a result, we achieved a reduction of 43.2% company-wide in July (from July 9 to August 8) and a reduction of 43.7% company-wide in August (from August 9 to September 8). Although we did not reach our goal of a 50% reduction compared to the previous year, we were able to achieve significant results. Furthermore, our company will continue to actively implement energy-saving measures as we approach winter.
