Batch management of multiple server jobs.
When instructing a computer to execute a program, it is generally done through command line instructions or by clicking icons. However, when considering a business system of a certain scale, the number of programs can reach dozens or even hundreds. Manually starting them would be quite burdensome. Additionally, it is important to know whether the processing results are successful or not. Therefore, to automatically start these programs, Onnet Job Manager (hereinafter referred to as OJM) is necessary. Our company built the prototype of OJM in 2008 and applied it to a production management system of a certain company, automatically starting around 150 jobs (which bundle multiple programs into a single execution unit) every day, resulting in significant labor-saving effects. Since then, we have been continuously improving by clearly identifying issues and lacking functionalities that have arisen.

JOB management is consolidated on a single server. This achieves "distribution of processing and centralization of management." Operations managers can manage multiple server processes in a centralized manner, significantly reducing operational costs. ○ Notification function: Notifications during abnormal situations are not embedded in each JOB but are integrated within OJM. By pre-registering contact information, email notifications can be easily sent. The console screen allows for quick understanding of whether the completion was normal or abnormal.
