Livestock feed produced from bamboo forests.
This project aims to develop domestically produced pellet feed for livestock that is nutritionally balanced, with excellent preservation and distribution properties, by applying manufacturing technology for fuel wood pellets. It involves mixing bamboo materials generated from the maintenance of abandoned bamboo forests with unused food processing residues. Given the rising prices of feed due to issues such as the energy use of grains stemming from global warming, the development of technology to produce stable-priced domestic feed from reliable raw materials is expected to yield environmental benefits not only for livestock farmers but also for regions facing issues with abandoned bamboo forests and food processing companies struggling with the disposal of food processing residues (waste).
