In 1971, the current president, Akio Aoyama, founded the company in Osaka. Operating under a unique philosophy that does not engage in direct sales to end-users and sells exclusively to specialized distributors, the company has maintained this approach to this day. In 1973, a new headquarters building was constructed at the current location, and a Tokyo branch was established simultaneously. Since then, new branches have been opened in Kyushu, Nagoya, and Tohoku, and six distribution centers have been established in Kansai, Tokyo, Kyushu, Nagoya, Tohoku, and Kanto. With a diverse inventory of approximately 6,000 types of stainless steel and titanium products and just-in-time delivery, combined with appropriate sales strategies such as new product development, these factors have driven the company's performance growth. Additionally, in 1994, a new business called "Metal Art Team Figure," which produces and sells monuments, objects, and exteriors, was launched. As part of this, a dedicated workshop for metal art production was completed within the premises of the Kansai distribution center, engaging in the creation of monuments, objects, and interior/exterior designs, with many works winning awards in competitions. Furthermore, in the IT sector, the development of various internet-related initiatives based on the company’s website has also become a driving force for the company.
