A device that uses a vacuum method to completely remove moisture and gas contained in oil, and filters solid impurities mixed in the oil using a precision filter.
Insulating oil and similar substances contain approximately 10% gas and about 50 ppm of moisture in their new oil state. If oil containing these substances is used as is, the characteristics of the oil-filled equipment will deteriorate due to the influence of gas and moisture in the oil. This device uses a vacuum method to completely remove moisture and gas contained in the oil, and it filters solid impurities mixed in the oil using a precision filter. Based on extensive experience and refined technology, we manufacture various vacuum oil purification machines with processing capacities ranging from 500 L/Hr to over 20,000 L/Hr.
