Automatic high-speed rotating eddy current testing system.
The SilcoGraph system is an eddy current testing system that automatically detects surface defects in steel materials and non-ferrous metals using the eddy current testing method. It employs a rotating probe method, where a sensor (probe coil) is rapidly rotated around the test material while the non-test material is conveyed, allowing for high-speed automatic detection of surface defects (mainly longitudinal defects) in steel wires, rods, and pipes.
