Permanent Grout Injection Method "Super Multi-Point Injection Method (Simultaneous Multi-Point Injection Method)"
Super multi-point injection method / multi-point simultaneous injection method
[Coastal Technology Research Center Certification: No. 14002] Demonstrated 19 years of aging consolidation through large-scale field injection tests!
The "Permanent Grout Injection Method" is one of the chemical injection methods. The purpose of improving this method is for permanent improvement, but in recent years, its application range has also expanded as an injection method for temporary improvement. The injection material used is "Permanent Grout," which has been theoretically and empirically validated for permanence, and the injection form is designed to be a permeation injection method that does not disturb the sedimentary state (framework structure) of the ground, with the principle of uniformly improving the ground. The "Super Multi-Point Injection Method" achieves ideal permeation injection and high workability by injecting at an extremely low discharge rate of 3 liters per nozzle, simultaneously from 32 nozzles per pump. 【Demonstration of 19-Year Long-Term Durability through Large-Scale Field Injection Tests】 The results of large-scale field injection tests combining Permanent Grout (injection material) and injection methods (such as the Super Multi-Point Injection Method) have been evaluated for their permeation solidification and long-term solidification properties, earning the 2002 Technical Development Award from the Japanese Geotechnical Society (Yonekura, Shimada). Confirmation tests have continued even after the large-scale field injection tests, and in 2018, the long-term solidification properties were confirmed 19 years later.

basic information
**Features** 1) The standard discharge rate (injection speed) is a low discharge of 1.0L/min to 6.0L/min. This allows for control over the displacement of the injected ground. 2) A dedicated multi-pump capable of simultaneous injection at 32 locations is employed, providing high construction capability despite the low discharge. The injection plant is modular, enhancing workability in confined spaces. 3) The injection pipe uses a thin flexible pipe (injection thin pipe) with an inner diameter of 6mm, bound around a core material. The length of the injection pipe can be adjusted as needed, allowing for the placement of injection points in appropriate positions. 4) A management device (multi-multi system) is used to monitor the injection pressure and flow rate at each injection point, displaying, recording, and controlling this data in real-time, enabling precise injection construction management. 5) Dedicated injection materials are used. **Completion of the On-site Injection Testing Center** - At the on-site injection testing center, pre-mixing tests are conducted using soil samples collected from the site. By adding insights gained from years of collaborative research between industry and academia to the data obtained, we provide a higher reliability quality to construction companies and stakeholders such as business owners.
