The "Neplus Method" is an innovative trench repair construction system that meets the demands of the times. It has been welcomed with great interest in the field of road maintenance. 【Construction Steps】 1) Remove the existing cover, cut it with a side cutting machine, and then remove (break out) the material. 2) After the removal (breaking out) work, attach a packing along the inside of the existing trench and install the cover for the Neplus Method. 3) Drill a hole approximately φ20×20 deep using a core drill. 4) After adjusting the height with a dedicated bolt, fill the sides with grout. 5) After the grout has hardened, remove the dedicated bolt, fill with a resin-based adhesive, and insert a reinforcement bar to prevent shifting. 6) Further fill with grout to complete. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
