It has been welcomed with great interest in the field of road maintenance. 【Construction Steps】 1) Remove the existing cover, cut it with a side cutting machine, and then remove (break out) the material. 2) After the removal (breaking out) work, attach a packing along the inside of the existing trench and install the cover for the Neplus Method. 3) Drill a hole approximately φ20×20 deep using a core drill. 4) After adjusting the height with a dedicated bolt, fill the sides with grout. 5) After the grout has hardened, remove the dedicated bolt, fill with a resin-based adhesive, and insert a reinforcement bar to prevent shifting. 6) Further fill with grout to complete. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
