**Features** ○ Raident LSL-BL Treatment (Raident Coating) Precision rust prevention with a black thin film treatment (0.7–1.3μ) The Raident film is formed on the surface of the base material while also diffusing into the topmost part of the base material. The rust prevention effect at 1μ is unparalleled. However, similar to zinc-based treatments, oil application or similar measures are necessary for a period (70–90 days) until the oxygen molecules between the film layers become inactive. After this period, an alloy layer forms on the base material, resulting in a robust coating. ○ Raident LSL-H Treatment (Ceramics-based) Organic ceramics are fixed in the film layer (2–6μ depending on application) It has solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, and is suitable for clean room specifications with hardness comparable to nickel plating. It is jet black and ideal for image processing and optical devices. ○ Raident LSL-2F・2FG Treatment (Teflon Graphite-based) Fluorine compounds are fixed in the film layer (3–6μ depending on application) The composite coating of Raident film and fluorine resin maximizes the characteristics of fluorine resin, such as lubrication, wear resistance, chemical resistance, non-stick properties, and solvent resistance, while maintaining strong interlayer bonding on the surface of the base material. ● For more details, please contact us.
