In paint, in printing, in gunpowder.
Aluminum paste is an aluminum pigment made by crushing and grinding high-purity aluminum powder or foil into very thin, flake-like particles. Toyo Aluminum's aluminum paste has a well-controlled flake shape and particle size, allowing it to arrange uniformly within the coating, which provides excellent properties to protect the coated object from rust and other issues while achieving a beautiful appearance, making it ideal as a pigment for paints and printing inks. In high-end metallic automotive coatings, a deep luster is achieved.

basic information
【Features】 ○ Leafing Aluminum Paste This type of paste allows aluminum flakes to float on the surface of the coating due to surface tension, aligning in parallel, resulting in a chrome-plated glossy finish. Additionally, the leafing effect enhances the reflectivity of the coating and provides excellent rust prevention. We offer a wide variety of options depending on the particle size of the aluminum flakes and the type of solvent used. ○ Brazing Paste This aluminum brazing paste is developed for the sawlock brazing method. It can be applied directly to the parts to be brazed without using brazing sheet materials, enabling good brazing results. The composition of the brazing material can be adjusted to suit the joining locations and materials. ○ Metallic Compound By using a "non-weld aluminum paste" developed for resin blending, a metallic appearance can be achieved without the need for a painting process. ● For more details, please contact us.
