By combining the existing drainage pipe joint with anti-leakage features (IML joint) and the newly developed multi-layer glass lining (GL) technology, we have commercialized the "K Black J" series to prevent leakage accidents in kitchen drainage pipes and odor leakage accidents in ventilation pipes.

[Features] ○ High-temperature wastewater from kitchens, acidic and alkaline mixed liquids, or corrosion caused by the infiltration of substances like hydrogen sulfide is prevented by the multi-layer structure GL that is closely adhered to the entire surface of the joint. ○ The expansion coefficient of the multi-layer structure GL is nearly identical to that of the cast iron joint body, allowing for high-temperature use (100°C) without any residual stress deformation due to changes in the usage environment. ○ The surface layer of the multi-layer structure GL has ultra-hardness (Hv ≧ 500: about 2.5 times that of gray cast iron) and is smoothly curved along the joint body, significantly improving wear resistance during drainage pipe cleaning. ○ The external dimensions of the "K Black" series products are the same as conventional joints.
