However, discussions and proposals with the client do not end after just one meeting. Based on my experience at my design office, I believe that at least three iterations are necessary: a plan to gauge the initial reaction, a plan that further incorporates the client's requests, and proposals for color selection. 【Features】 ○ Complete housing plan - This plan offers three perspective proposals (one for each plan) at a fixed price without additional charges for changes. The price remains the same regardless of color changes or complete shape alterations! ○ Standard plan - If you provide us with the materials and an overview of the property you are requesting, we will provide you with a rough estimate. Of course, the estimate is free of charge. ○ Retouch-less plan - For clients who have someone in-house capable of using retouching software like Photoshop. We will create perspectives without elements such as trees, people, or cars, and without reflections in windows. This is recommended for clients who want to keep outsourcing costs down.
