Our metal processing technicians will make the best proposal for you. Once we receive your inquiry, we will contact you by the next business day. STEP 2: Please prepare the drawings Please send the drawings via email, fax, or postal mail. If you cannot provide the drawings in data format, handwritten ones are also acceptable. Additionally, please inform us of the details of the processing conditions, such as material, precision, quantity, and delivery time. STEP 3: Quotation We will provide a quotation based on the drawings and processing conditions you provide. If we can prepare it quickly using our equipment and materials, we will do so free of charge. If design drafting, jig manufacturing, or material procurement is necessary, we will consult with you separately. Depending on the processing method, material, and treatment method, it may take time to provide a quotation.

**Features** ○ 5-axis machining center processing We are sample processing our own eyeglass products made from materials such as titanium, cupronickel, and aluminum. ○ Laser processing We perform cutting and pattern extraction processing on titanium and stainless steel. This is utilized for various applications, including hole drilling in steel boxes and plate cutting for brackets. ○ CAD/CAM We have 2D CAD that represents in a plane (X, Y) and 3D CAD that can express in three dimensions (X, Y, Z). ○ Press processing The majority of our production involves cold forging of titanium, cupronickel, aluminum, and NT alloys using forging presses. We differentiate usage with servo presses, 630t presses, and knuckle presses based on application. ○ Mold and jig processing Starting with the manufacturing of eyeglass molds for about 35 years, we produce single-action molds for cold forging of eyeglass parts used in the parts manufacturing department. ○ Superelastic and shape memory alloy processing We are engaged in research and development to incorporate "shape memory" and "superelasticity" into eyeglass frames. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
