STEP 3: Quotation We will provide a quotation based on the drawings and processing conditions you provide. If we can prepare it quickly using our equipment and materials, we will do so free of charge. If design drafting, jig manufacturing, or material procurement is necessary, we will consult with you separately. **Features** ○ 5-axis machining center processing We are sample processing our own eyeglass products made from materials such as titanium, cupronickel, and aluminum. ○ Laser processing We perform cutting and pattern extraction processing on titanium and stainless steel. This is utilized for various applications, including hole drilling in steel boxes and plate cutting for brackets. ○ CAD/CAM We have 2D CAD that represents in a plane (X, Y) and 3D CAD that can express in three dimensions (X, Y, Z). ○ Press processing The majority of our production involves cold forging of titanium, cupronickel, aluminum, and NT alloys using forging presses.
