Representative Usui has been involved in overseas construction projects at the general contractor's international business division for a long time, and when he participated in the expansion and improvement project of Yangon International Airport (then Burma's Rangoon), he had the opportunity to discuss with government officials. He was requested to utilize specialty teak wood to improve the foreign currency situation, which had been depleted due to economic sanctions from various countries. After extensive consideration, he proposed that producing flooring would be the most rational approach, supported the construction of a factory capable of producing high-quality products, and assisted in dispatching engineers who could manage quality control. His efforts were recognized, and he obtained authorization to handle teak wood, which is a government-controlled material. With the support of local Japanese companies that have long been involved with teak wood, he founded his company at the time of his retirement from the general contractor and has continued to this day. With the concept of "providing environmentally friendly and health-conscious products at lower prices," he has adopted a direct sales and responsible construction method that eliminates unnecessary intermediate distribution costs, striving for cost savings.
