Achievements in cogeneration equipment noise control.
■Generator processing airflow Q=23,760m3/ x 7 units ■Noise level per generator 78dB(A), 86dB(A) for 7 units ■Permissible noise level at the property boundary 60dB(A) <Summary of Measures> 1. Exhaust noise countermeasures for the generator → Weather-resistant GW silencer 2. Body noise countermeasures for the generator → Porous sound-absorbing composite panels 3. Intake noise countermeasures for the generator → Weather-resistant GW silencer The key point of the measures is to allow the generator to breathe without putting a burden on it while satisfying the target permissible noise level. Therefore, instead of surrounding the entire generator with soundproof walls, we considered the minimum necessary range for soundproofing and decided to install intake silencers at the bottom of the soundproofing and exhaust silencers at the top of the exhaust. By implementing these measures, intake occurs from the bottom and exhaust from the top, which also contributes to shortcut measures, resulting in good operation of the generator and satisfaction of the permissible noise level.

Company information
Nihon Concrete Industry is a company that creates the foundation to support people's lives. Are you aware that the buildings you are currently in—homes, offices, skyscrapers, and facilities—have a "foundation" that is never visible from the outside? That foundation, buried deep underground, is essential for protecting people's safe and secure lives. We, at Nihon Concrete Industry, handle various concrete products in different fields, including foundation piles (concrete piles) that support buildings, concrete poles, civil engineering products, and construction products. In addition to thorough quality control, we are committed to contributing to the creation of a safe, secure, and prosperous society through concrete, while also considering global expansion and environmental conservation.
