Seismic ceiling, seismic power ceiling
The seismic-resistant Power ceiling is a rational seismic ceiling based on repeated strength tests of seismic parts and tests confirming the seismic performance of the assembled ceiling. 【Features】 ○ A ceiling construction method that enhances seismic resistance by using high-strength components with diagonal bracing and dedicated parts as needed. ○ Seismic performance confirmed through hundreds of ceiling assembly experiments. ○ Use of high-strength and rigidity parts (clips, hangers). (Including the use of JIS 25 type clips and CC-25 hangers) ○ Installation of seismic braces. ○ Establishment of clearance (gaps) between the ceiling surface and surrounding walls, etc. ○ Sufficient reinforcement of step areas or insulation through clearances, etc. ○ Applicable not only to new constructions but also to renovations of existing buildings. ● For other functions and details, please contact us.
