The foundation under the floor will be constructed with reinforced concrete to create a sturdy base. The six surfaces of the room (floor, walls, ceiling) will be reinforced with steel frames. Since the existing columns and steel frames are secured with seismic connection hardware, the house will not tilt even if the columns rot. The sides have iron braces, making the structure strong against twisting caused by earthquakes. It can also be recycled (reused) for the next reconstruction.
