Post-installed hold-down hardware

● This is an external type hold-down hardware that can be installed directly from the outside without damaging the building's exterior walls. ● Considering strength and aesthetics, it uses all stainless steel (SUS304, 303) that excels in weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability. It has been developed for traditional construction methods to respond to seismic forces with ductility. ● It suppresses the adverse effects (such as shear) that occur when a strong connection is made to existing columns, and only one specially processed wooden anchor is driven into the column base to ensure sufficient pull-out resistance. Pull-out resistance (41.16 kN) * Building Material Testing Center ● This hold-down hardware was developed privately and is the only one to have obtained a patent.
