This is a cylindrical fireproof cladding board designed for round columns. It has a high circular cross-sectional accuracy and can be used not only as a decorative fireproof material for round steel pipe columns and round CFT columns but also for various curved designs as a non-combustible decorative material. High Roundness Precision Manufactured with a thorough approach that shapes the material into round cross-sections, such as semicircles, from the pressing stage, and further refines the roundness precision using a rotary grinding machine. High roundness precision is essential for beautiful round columns. 2. Joint Crack Suppression When bending flat plates, the material's resilience and contraction can easily lead to the occurrence of joint cracks. However, this product is made from round cross-section shapes, which helps suppress joint cracks. 3. Rich Size Variation and Workability We offer a wide range of size variations, accommodating everything from small-diameter steel pipes to large-diameter ones. Additionally, when used as decorative materials, the workability for cutting and notching is excellent, allowing for various curved designs.
