Additionally, by sandwiching the Kiso packing between the base and the foundation, it prevents the base from absorbing moisture from the concrete, maintaining the dryness of the base and making it less susceptible to decay fungi and termites. The material of the Kiso packing is a unique composite (Joto composite material) developed by Joto Tech, combining the flexibility of resin with the strength of stone, making it resistant to aging and exhibiting excellent durability.
