The SH-67 hardened layer depth measurement device uses ultrasonic waves to read the differences in crystal grains between the high-frequency hardened layer and the base material layer from the reflected echo, allowing for non-destructive measurement of the hardened layer depth with digital display. By selecting the appropriate probe and probe holder according to the measurement item, the boundary between the hardened layer and the base material layer can be identified, enabling accurate measurement of the range of martensitized hardened layer. - Measurement conditions can be registered in the menu - Measurement records can be saved to an SD memory card inserted into the device - Operation is displayed on the screen
