Aeration unit
● The definitive solution to prevent bridging! ● Aeration using air is considered the most effective method for breaking up powder bridging. This method does not involve harmful compaction phenomena like those caused by vibration, and it provides extremely effective "fluidization" for the flow of powders. ● It is very effective for dry powders. However, it is not expected to be effective for sticky materials, large particles, or chip-like substances. ● Please use it for tanks with a capacity of 100m³ or less. For larger tanks, separate engineering and design will be required.
