High-speed leakage airflow is suppressed, which inevitably demonstrates excellent wear resistance. ●Proven performance under harsh conditions Temperature: We can manufacture up to an in-cabin temperature of 750°C. Pressure: Depending on the size, the upper side can be manufactured to a vacuum to approximately (+)0.1 MPa. ●A rich array of systems that expand applications We offer a wide range of systems, including pressure balance systems and high-temperature water cooling units, to accommodate diverse applications. ●Thorough maintenance performance All consumable parts are replaceable, ensuring excellent maintainability.

- Installed at the end of dust collectors or air transport systems, it discharges powder while maintaining upper and lower air seals by intermittently opening and closing the upper and lower valve bodies alternately. - It is effective in production sites for highly adhesive pigments, as well as for cement and activated carbon that are highly abrasive under high temperature and high pressure conditions. - We offer both air cylinder-driven and motor-driven models.
