Expanded polystyrene, commonly known for its use in packaging materials, various containers, and trays, is lightweight, easy to mold, has good water resistance and thermal insulation properties, is recyclable, and boasts excellent cost performance. However, due to its low strength, vulnerability to impact, and weak fire resistance, it has not intersected with the construction industry. However, we have created an entirely new expanded polystyrene product by applying a special coating to it. This is our decorative building material, Decoform. **Features** - Easy to mold, allowing for various shapes such as curves, thicknesses, and three-dimensional forms. - Surface reinforcement with "hybrid resin*" makes it suitable for both interior and exterior use. *Hybrid resin: A mixed resin of urea resin and polyurethane resin. - Low-cost production of small lots and a wide variety of products is possible. - Short production lead times enable quick delivery of products. - Lightweight, making handling easy and reducing the weight of the main structure and installation reinforcement materials. - The base material, expanded polystyrene foam, uses a special specification with added flame retardants. *For more details, please contact us.

Decoform allows for the creation of what was previously difficult to achieve due to budgetary and production constraints, making it relatively easy to produce. The remarkable nature of this can be clearly seen by looking at the actual construction results in various locations.
