It is used for transporting stones with a belt conveyor. Until now, it started directly, which caused the belt and chain to break immediately due to the shock at startup. Additionally, since the conveyor is inclined, when it started with stones loaded during rain, the sudden acceleration caused only the belt to move while the stones slipped back. This issue has been resolved by using α-Beat, allowing the belt to start slowly, eliminating shock, extending its lifespan, and preventing slippage, thus improving transportation efficiency. Furthermore, since the machine does not break, frequent ON-OFF operations are possible. When not in use, the electricity can be turned off, contributing to energy savings.
