This is a brushless gantry car wash machine. When combined with our high-pressure washer (either cold or hot water type), it removes dirt through high-pressure spraying. By using a rotating nozzle based on a straight nozzle (effective range: over 1.5m), it achieves powerful cleaning capability, and since it requires fewer nozzles compared to the commonly used fan-shaped nozzles, it also saves water. In general, fan-shaped nozzles diffuse the spray, causing the high-pressure spray to lose its force, and in the case of hot water spraying, the heat loss after spraying becomes significant. To prevent this, bringing the nozzle closer to the vehicle reduces the cleaning area per nozzle, resulting in the need to install more nozzles. Our cleaning device with a rotating nozzle uses a straight nozzle that does not diffuse the spray, allowing for powerful cleaning even at a distance of 1.5m, while minimizing heat loss after spraying. Additionally, by rotating the spray in a conical shape, it provides a wider cleaning area per nozzle, enabling effective cleaning with fewer nozzles and less water.
