This is a high-pressure hot water cleaning machine that is environmentally friendly and economical, as it uses surplus steam from factories, equipment, and facilities as a heat source to boil water. The steam supplied from the steam piping enters a simple insulated SUS tank through a temperature control steam valve and a silencer, directly heating the water stored in the tank to the set temperature. The hot water produced here is sent to the high-pressure cleaner for high-pressure spraying. It can be combined with various high-pressure cleaners of different capacities depending on the cleaning application. In the case of the device shown in the photo, it has a water discharge rate of 4200 L/H and a discharge pressure of about 7 MPa, capable of simultaneous high-pressure spraying from eight nozzles with inverter control. Additionally, a high-pressure cleaning gun is included for auxiliary cleaning. When high-pressure hot water cleaning is required in an environment where fire cannot be used, it becomes possible to effectively utilize surplus steam for high-pressure hot water cleaning. Direct heating with live steam allows for efficient heating without waste. It is an environmentally friendly, quiet, and safe cleaning device, and since the heat source is surplus steam, it is also economical.
