Currently, silver workers were assembling wooden pallets (wooden geta) using purchased timber. - It was difficult to secure personnel. - Considering environmental impact, there was a desire to minimize the use of wood. Based on this feedback, we began the design process. [Reasons for not transitioning to cardboard] It seems that there had been a top-down goal to eliminate the use of wood for some time, but progress towards complete cardboard conversion had been slow. - Currently, products were fixed to the wooden geta with bolts. Since cardboard cannot be secured with bolts, this caused hesitation. - We could not find a cardboard manufacturer that could meet these requirements.
