"Processing food waste without transporting or incinerating it, treating it on-site." Previous food waste processors required the removal of processed materials, but food waste can decompose into liquid within about 24 hours, eliminating the need to extract residues. As long as the processing capacity is not exceeded, additional food waste can be added. Specialized microorganisms for food waste processors inhabit the microbial carrier at high density within the processing tank, and appropriate stirring improves biodegradation efficiency, enabling miniaturization of the device. With minimal odor, it has become possible to install indoors without deodorization or exhaust duct facilities, which was previously challenging. Additionally, since high-temperature heating treatment is unnecessary, the power consumption required to operate the device can be significantly reduced. The ability to self-process food waste on-site also greatly contributes to CO2 reduction.
