[Case Study on Exhaust Odor Control] Water Supply and Sewerage Circulation Treatment Facility

As a measure against the exhaust odor from the sewage treatment facility, we would like to introduce a case where we conducted a deodorization effectiveness test using our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200).
Regarding the exhaust odor from the carbonization device, there was a strong burnt smell, and it seemed that operations had to be temporarily halted due to complaints from local residents after the facility was completed and started operating.
Therefore, we first extended the odor from the existing roof fan exhaust outlet using aluminum flexible duct and used a line fan to suck in the air. At the suction point, we installed a deodorization spray box (demo unit).
We conducted a total of three deodorization demonstration tests, collected and verified deodorization effectiveness data, and based on this data, we received a request for the design of the Nioix deodorization system.
In March 2012, we introduced the Nioix deodorization system.

*We are conducting free demonstrations. If you would like to experience the effectiveness firsthand, please feel free to contact us.
