A twin-screw extruder used to enhance the added value of plastic raw materials is referred to as a compounding extruder. Our company manufactures the "TEX" series of twin-screw extruders to meet the demands for high performance and high quality. The TEX is utilized not only for traditional inorganic fillers, masterbatch compounds, polymer alloys, and GF/CF compounds but also for a wide range of applications including reactions, degassing, dehydration, biomass compounds, long fiber compounding, and supercritical carbon dioxide compounding. The screw piece of the extruder is a consumable that wears out with age and use. Wear of the screw piece can lead to a decrease in processing capacity and deterioration of product quality, which may result in serious issues such as breakage. Therefore, the screw piece is an important component that must be replaced at the appropriate time. At JSW, we stock screw pieces in frequently used shapes, allowing us to deliver them promptly during regular maintenance or in case of damage.

Improving the productivity of powder raw materials! It is used in the section that transports the raw materials of the extruder screw.

The "SFD" is a device that solves the problem of low bulk density fillers significantly reducing the conveying efficiency of the extruder screw and limiting the processing capacity of the extruder. By increasing the bulk density of the raw materials within this device, the conveying efficiency of the extruder screw can be improved, thereby enhancing the processing capacity of the extruder. The "SDC" is a compact UWC device that incorporates new technologies for small-capacity machines, advancing miniaturization and high functionality. With the adoption of a cutter holder featuring automatic self-alignment, tedious alignment adjustments are no longer necessary, ensuring stable pellet shapes even during long-term operation.
