A compact spot cooler that generates ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C just by connecting compressed air.

The Kolder is a simplified spot cooler that applies the principle of vortex. Without using power supply or refrigerant gas, it discharges ultra-low temperature air with a maximum temperature difference of -75°C (at a supply pressure of 0.7 MPa, for model 190-75SV) just by connecting compressed air. A typical application of the generated cooling air is the removal of heat generated during the processing of materials such as metals and plastics, and it shows excellent effects particularly in the processing of hard materials and high-viscosity substances (such as titanium alloys, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and thermoplastic plastics). Additionally, the cooling effect on workpieces and tools leads to improved cutting speeds and extended tool life, making it particularly suitable for dry cutting of materials like magnesium alloys. Furthermore, it is effectively used as a cooling source for various spot cooling applications, such as preventing heat-related issues in electrical control boxes and various measuring instrument boxes, cooling molds, and cooling tests for semiconductors and PC boards. *For more details, please refer to the basic information and downloadable materials at the bottom of the page.

• Air compressors, blowers and pumps

No power supply required. This is a cabinet cooling (heat dissipation) dedicated spot cooler that operates solely on compressed air.

The "cabinet cooler" reduces overheating inside NC or CNC cabinets, electrical control panels, motor boxes, surveillance cameras, various measuring instruments, etc., protecting precision machinery and measuring instruments from malfunction or damage due to overheating of electronic devices. Additionally, the automatic exhaust mechanism of the cabinet cooler keeps the inside of the cabinet in a pressurized state with cooling air at all times, preventing the intrusion of dust and mist from outside the cabinet and protecting electronic devices from contamination. By using a thermostat and solenoid valve, it is possible to regulate the temperature inside the box and reduce the amount of compressed air consumed.

• Cooling system

It was manufactured for the purpose of air transport using compressed air. During operation, it does not require a power supply, making it suitable for use in explosion-proof environments.

The conveyor back is a device that enables air transport through a powerful vacuum pressure generated by compressed air as the power source. It has no moving parts and does not require a power supply, making it effective in environments where explosion-proof measures are required, as well as for the transfer and exhaust of gas and mist.

• Material handling systems and equipment

This is a tool designed for blowing around pipes and cables. The air flow that blows out evenly at 360° enables draining, cleaning, and drying.

The cylindrical airflow generator "Circle Blow" is an air nozzle that emits a cylindrical stream of air at high speed from a thin slit, attracting and amplifying a large amount of surrounding air to create a powerful annular amplification flow. The amplified flow, which blows evenly and uniformly at 360°, is effective for draining, cleaning, drying, and cooling long products such as pipes, cables, and extrusion rods. The hole diameter ranges from 25mm to 180mm.

The "HA-T Series" is an energy-saving automatic door sensor that opens only for those who want to enter, whether on a busy street or in a narrow passageway. The automatic door opens simply by bringing your hand close, addressing hygiene concerns even in facilities used by a large number of people. Full and empty management refers to the real-time display of parking availability and the management of efficient use of parking spaces.
